- HRSA State Profiles provides a six-page format for each state for the years 1997, 1998, and 1999. The "Overview" page provides an introduction to the State Profiles and a summary of HRSA funds granted within a State for a specific government fiscal year (October 1-September 30.) The "Primary Health Care," "Health Care Provider Resources," "Maternal and Child Health," and "Infectious Diseases" pages highlight health indicators and demographics and related HRSA programs that address unmet health needs in that state.
